I'm not usually a fan of the headless pregnant woman but I just love how this one turned out for some reason. Maybe it's the light flare-y things, ha, I don't know. We were in front of a window in the last two and yes I clearly blew those out... but I liked that here... does it work? Please give me your honest opinions.

I'm not sure what Dave had in mind, but IMO the problem with #1 is more a matter of crop than processing. The neck on the upper right, the hand at the left and the pants and whatever at the lower right all are distractions. A square crop focusing on the boy, the belly and the mother's hand would be a much stronger shot.

Hey Angela...this is what I had in mind....cropped and focused in on the ''belly" with the boy, then did something different to processing to draw the eye in.

So - I changed the first picture and made it a bit high-key... but cropped how you said. I'm really liking this processing... but would love to hear others inputs on it!

Overall, a nice set of shots. My only suggestion is for 2-4. A hairlight is needed to separate their heads from the background. To me, it is a distraction having their heads disappear into the background.
