Online contracts

I am looking for a way to either A)Send someone the contract via e-mail and have them fill it out and send it back. OR B)Have a page on my smugmug site in order for them to go to to fill it out. If there is a way for them to do it on smugmug can I also put a button for paypal on it for them to pay their deposit? Thanks in advance for any help!
