Let me introduce you to my fur baby Riley whom we fondly call the "Porky Yorkie" cause he weighs 13 lbs and is pretty big for a Yorkie. I was using him as my model for my outside fall portrait set up to check the settings and such. Might have traumatized him a bit but I think I got some cute pictures. I am working on more for his gallery. Now maybe I will get more calls for pet photos! Thanks for looking! CC welcomed!

nice capture..I like the colors, sharpness, and it is well composed. There does seem to be touch too much blue in my monitor.

Thanks for the comments. I am going to check into the blue thing. The colors seem pretty true on my monitor. As far as what was used...
my Nikon D300 Raw with aperature priority Nikon 70-200vr at 2.8, ISO200 flash Sb600 with a Gary Fong Whaletail on the soft side with bounce off the flap. I was about 10 Feet away and it was a cloudy late afternoon. I think most of the time I just get lucky!
