Yeah, I was floored by the whole "the embers were getting in my eyes so I had to keep the camera to my eye to see" thing. He certainly was in a lot of danger at times.

Thanks for the link. Having lived in So Cal most of my life, I am too familiar with the topic of that article. But it sure does make for great pictures. I try to keep up with National Geographic, but there is just so much good stuff over there, I miss a lot.
