Issue With Recently Received Prints

I just received some prints today and most of them are terrific. The issue I have is with two of the images that have very saturated yellows and oranges.
In those areas the colors have merged and significant detail is lost. I should have soft-proofed these in PS before ordering but I did not. When I soft proof these now the effect is apparent on my monitor.
These are the images:
1- This was on Lustre paper, and all the definition between the stamens and the petals behind is lost :

2- This one was on Metallic paper, and almost all the definition in the central area of the main flower are lost:

Interestingly enough, this image printed fairly well on Lustre paper:

Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon with saturated yellows and oranges? I searched the forums but did not find anything.
Looking forward to hearing what others have seen.
Thanks
Ken

Soft proofing would show this.
With the EZP Profile (how the image would print @ EZP):
Original pixels - notice the more detail? You can really see it in PS, when you toggle the preview off/on.
So, in photoshop, rework the files so that you have the same amount of detail with the EZP Profile.
We'll happily reprint the whole order for you, just email the help desk ATTN: Steve and one of our specialists will hook you up.

I know about softproofing and clearly should have done this before hand. I do have a question about the icc profile, however. When I downloaded and installed it there seemed to be only one profile: EZ Prints 2008.1.
Are there profile for the various papers: Lustre, Glossy; Metallic ?
How does a single profile manage for these different papers? My prior experience has seen a different profile for each paper/printer/inkset combination.
Thanks again,
Ken
