Very nice shot. Technically perfect, but I would crop it to exclude the bright highlights on the top right and left.
An overall crop might be a good idea anyways to declutter the image somewhat.

Thanks. I very much appreciate the coaching as well.
Agree with the comments on here, the exposure is spot on, and I like the immediacy of the waterfalls, it almost feels as if you're in them.
Besides the fact that it's obviously fake because there is no water in Arizona, my other small nit is that the upper right and left corners are distracting (either because of the elements or because of the necessarily overexposed sky). You might want to experiment with some other crops and/or clone those out (if you're unethical like I am).
I like the swirl of the water in the center and the shutter speed seems just right for the water flow. My eye keeps getting drawn to the larger group of bright rocks in the lower right and they seem to keep me from moving through the picture ( which could very well just be me). I wonder if darkening them a little and adding a bit of contrast to the front would help lead the eye.

Thanks Ron. Here is a re-crop. What do y'al think?

Thanks very much Tom. Let me know if the new crop suits your eye better.
