Oh my goodness! I cannot believe how many awesome shots there were in this round. So hard to choose just ten! I really thought I had you guys stumped and was looking at low entry numbers up until the last couple of days. But, you all just totally rocked! :clap

Not surprisingly, PaulThomasMcKee and I agreed on just 3 of our selections, leaving a total of 17 for you guys to choose your winner from.

This is an open vote, all DGrin members are eligible to have their say. The poll closes 3 days from now, go go go!!!

In order of entry, the best Dusk or Dawn photos:

Congrats to all the finalist! What a great round, lots of interesting entries and fun to shoot. I took several shots of quite a few different scenes and changed my entry pretty much every time I got back from trying something different. It was a great round that got me out trying alot of different ideas!
    Best regards,

    Can't.... quite.... pull.... trigger....

Every time I think I've decided how to cast my vote I go back and look again and think, 'But I want THIS one to win too. And this one! And THIS one!"

I'm still so utterly gobsmacked and excited about having been included (and so tired from a day of travelling) that I'm going to wait until tomorrow to click my choice (assuming I can decide!) but geez - when all the entries are such stunning images ..... how are you supposed to choose just one?!

I had a feeling that we were going to have a longer list than usual for voting. There were just way too many exceptional photos in this round. bowdown.gif

And, it's nice to see so many new faces. :D

    :cry I missed it :cry

In fact I am having some problems and couldn't get the time to shoot a decent picture.

I tried but what I got was not good enough.
Hope to be able to post next time.:D

There are here some great pictures but for me, only three deserve the vote.
But rolleyes1.gif as we can vote only on one photo... I did vote on the best one.

Congratulations to all of the finalist and to the winner.thumb.gif

Great Work everyone, I finally voted after giving all the entries alot of thought, as I had picked most of them in my favs. I went with Originality, Technicals, but what got me the most was the Best Interpretation of theme and that I could not be swayed to thinking it was any other time of day.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL....This round is a nail biter !!

Thanks to dgrin and everybody involved for not only making this great opportunity within a great forum site available, but for being such a welcoming and encouraging community - I would never in a million years have considered submitting any entries if achambers and a couple of others hadn't gently prodded me into giving it a try.... and I'm so glad they did! wings.gif
