My older brother got married a week ago. I was the best man and for some strange reason my camera came along. HEHE..... I had just gotton my Sigma 70-200 2.8 so I wanted to try it out .... It was a garden wedding and was at night (can you say really DARK).

So I was using a Rebel xt with 70-200 2.8 and a nifty fifty and 580ex with bbc scooped. ..The one thing I did find was that I need something fast and wide....There were definitly times when the nifty fifty was just way too close and moving back just got old as seen below.....owell....

Well here we go....Over all I think it went pretty good....c&C welcome

1.) Had to get a good picture of my wife.....Still with my new sigma...

    Fun!

I'll let the more experienced forumites speak to the technical stuff stuff, but while this is a great shot of them kissing and captures some real feeling, I can guess the bride won't like it all that much because it doesn't flatter her figure (comparing it to the other shots you got of her) - perhaps crop it to just below his hand so you get her waist (looking small) without the poof of skirt that makes her look bigger than she is? Or perhaps with the bottom edge just below where her bodice starts (so you can just see the dress)? Just a musings.

Looks like everybody had a great time!

I would keep that original and make a copy. Take the copy and make it black and white and crop it really tight so you get just heads. All the other stuff in the picture is pretty, but it detracts from the emotion that's really going on. Make that one an 8x10.
