This if for those of you who don't want to fool with in the mail-in-rebate and are willing to spend a bit more to avoid it. I ordered more than I needed to get the better price. These are brand new in their sealed blister packs.

thanks for the reply, I was interested in the 8GB's though good luck selling the remaining 2 cards!
