Engagement shoot in Goshen, IN (9/28/2008)
The bride and I both went to undergrad together, and when she got engaged she came to me for her engagement / wedding photos. The wedding won't be until next August, but the engagement shoot was just a few weeks ago! I had a blast getting to take these photos of her and her fiance. Enjoy!
PS - all shots were taken w/ my 17-55 or my 100 macro. The 70-200 stayed in the bag (and I didn't yet own the 50 1.4 in my profile, it was purchased and came the following week).

3. I told her that I should re-label this photo "senior portrait" and pretend like I have experience with those, haha

9. And lastly, a bit too tight of a framing (did it with the 100mm) but I still like it

It was at Bonneyville Mill Park, I'm not sure if it's actually in Goshen proper or a neighboring town, but that's what the bride had said before I took the long drive over there from Valpo.

You might try some selective focus there, the screw head fights the ring for attention. A little blur and you are home free.
Have you ever looked at Jessica Claire? (jessicaclaire.net) She is the queen of selective focus!
