hello:i am having trouble loading pictures from my computer onto a cd and printing the pics at the local print shop.their computer will not recognize any pictures on my cd.i am trying to print 8.5x11 and 11x14 pictures.the same thing happened with my flash device.should i be in jpeg level 10>what should be the resolution?are there other settings?thank you john
