Last night makes eight times I've seen them, with a 25 year break between the last time and last night.
Eric Bloom and Buck Dharma are the only two original members left, which is OK as they were key in the band's sound in my opinion. But you tell me if you can guess who was playing bass for them last night.
Hint.....He's played with Ozzy and Quiet Riot.
If you guessed Rudy Sarzo, you are correct. Fuckin' guy is 58 years old and still out there kicking ass.
Eric and Buck.
Buck sounded solid as Sears.
As did Eric.
Eric and Rudy.
Eric, Richie Castellano (keyboards and guitar) and Buck.
Getting pics was not exactly easy. I had to deal with drunk a*holes crowding the stage but I managed to get a few OK shots.
After the show, Patti and I went up and over Mingus mtn. on 89 and stopped in a bar in Prescott for a drink. There was this one guy.........Drunk moron biker. Tried to stuff a three foot wide Harley through a 30" door. He's not very good at math. Hopefully he's a little better at scratch removal. :rofl
