Shot this little guy at a wedding in california I shot on the 4th of this month.
he is the bride & grooms son...

This is straight from the camera, I can't figure out what I could do to it...

    This is a very good shot. With a little PP TLC, this could approach great.

    Both versions are a little dark and would be improved by bring up the mid-tones a bit - a simple levels or curves adjustment - 20 seconds at most.

    The color version has a color cast to it - seems like the skin tones are bit magenta.

    This is a very good shot. With a little PP TLC, this could approach great.

    Hmmm, after looking at it here I'm thinking it might need to be toned down a little or maybe just having the two together makes it seem too bright.

    I don't know folks...I like the color shift. I think it gives a more realistic old feel, but puts it in that 70s genre when we all had the Kodaks with the carousel flashes. The photo looks like it aged. I might just leave it the way it is! I had a viseral reaction and just smiled as soon as I saw it.

    I too prefer it to all the others so far, but I welcome the edits.
    I just like the feel & colors on his face.
