Customer Ordered

What happens now? I noticed a customer placed an order and didn't crop the picture correctly and part of the groom's head will be cut off? Can I stop it? I guess I should have set up the gallery differently so I could check it.

    Hi Karen,
    Please contact the Help Desk and give them the order number. They will take care of this.

    In the future, please, please consider adding Proof Delays to your galleries. This is exactly the sort of situation we developed it for :D You can replace photos and/or correct bad crops. If the order doesn't need any TLC, you can immediately click on the Ship It! button and the delay will be minimal.

    Thanks! I send them an email too. I just did add the proof delay. I forgot to add it. I must have been up all night or something.
