View Englaze Images

I just received an Englaze backup and I can't view the images on either my mac or pc. I can see the files but I can't see the image, am I missing something?

    Hi Bucster,

    I'm the Hero who handles the backup disk order problems. Can you send me a screen shot of what you're seeing? You can email it to me at help@smugmug.com, or post it here. We'll have a better chance to help, if we can understand the problem.

    Also, do you have an order number handy? I'd love to contact the lab with definite details and get things right for you.

    It shows me the file name with the .jpg extension but I can't preview or copy the image to my computer.
