Spent a morning with a tri-color

Hi Y'all,

Things are still at tad slow at the wetlands as the fish supply is still low. Since the action hasn't been the greatest I've been spending more time with a subject. One morning I ran across a very cooperative tri-color heron so I hung out with for close to two hours and captured some of its hunting routines.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Great captures especially like the reflections must have been a perfectly still morning.

Really nice, Harry. The exposures are dead on, everything sharp and well composed.

I love that first shot Harry! Such beautiful colour and reflection. Ah I miss the egrets of Kyoto that used to let me sit and watch them doing that.
