Lovely San Francisco

Just returned from a recent trip to San Francisco, and perhaps the most pleasant weather I've ever seen down there. Clear skies didn't exactly create the drama I was hoping for at times, but I just changed what I shot a little bit. Hope you enjoy. What an incredibly beautiful city/area.

WOW, Adam. Gorgeous work! I LIVE here and don't have portfolio shots of the city and bay like these. Guess I need to get out for that purpose and go check out some of these locations with my cameras.

All are really good, but #1 and #10 really stand out to me.

This is a wonderful set; but number two stands out to me, it is simple yet unexpected!

I've been living out here for 20 years and I have nothing close to what you just posted. I'm stunned!

In my own defense the "city" might as well be in another dimension, altho it's only 20-30 minutes away we rarely venture there due to the parking problems, crowds, etc., preferring our coastal hideaway. I can see a trip to twin peaks is required soon. And winter (meaning clouds in the sky) will be soon approaching and I can get some interesting skies.

I'm going to have to make a PDF of this thread to keep reminding myself to look at my adopted area with new eyes.

    Thank you for posting these.

Thank you all for the kind comments/critique. Dee, those are especially encouraging and kind words. I think after a while you become desensitized to your own work, and at times, I can't help but feel I've come away with good, but not great stuff. As my own worst critic, I appreciate it.

These images are truly awesome. 12 & 13 are my favorites probably because in addition to beautiful colors, they're not the typical SF photos one frequently sees.
