The Song Of Hiawatha
by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, 1855

"Should you ask me, whence these stories
Whence this legends and traditions,
With the odor of the forest,
With the dew and damp of meadows,
With the curling smoke of wigwams,
With the rushing of great rivers,
With their frequent repetitions,
As a thunder of the mountains?
I should answer, I should tell you,
“From the forests and the prairies,
From the land of Ojibways,
From the land of the Dacotahs,
From the mountains, moors and fen-lands,
Where the heron, the Shuh-shuh-gah,
Feeds among the reeds and rushes.
I repeat them as I heard them
From the lips of Nawadaha,
The musician, the sweet singer."

Nic, you are suppose to use the Edgar Allan Poe Poem: Dream Within a Dream. Nice image however. :D

    heh Nik! nice concept...

imo, ... as it is at first glance i see a head only, and then some part of her image barly shows through after a second or two...so i would suggest a higher opacity setting...and show more of her entire image....all IMO

I like where your trying to go with this Nikolai. Pretty nice.

For me I would play with reducing her presence and increasing
her size in the frame off to the left as you have her now.

I'd probably also try to put some more richness to the colors.

Heck, I'm out of change & I so much more to say... :D

Laughing.gif, initialy that was my exact idea, but then I decided to balance the picture with her head on the left. rolleyes1.gif
