Help Please!!!

Hello all!

I am new here and would like a little help if possible. I do not know all the lingo but here is the problem that I have....

I am using or trying to use the Album Fetcher for my pics to be moved. I can log as a guest user and on my SMUG MUG account I CAN log in with my user name and password. However when I try to log into Album Fetcher with the same user nam and password, I get the following message.....
'SessionID extraction failed.
Aborting'

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!

Hmmm - I wonder if that's the same problem as I outlined in my thread What's going on here?, only with a different error message? Do you have a password that contains other characters than just letters and numbers?

If so, try contacting the app's author and point him/her to that thread! There's a thread for Album Fetcher - your best chance is there.
