i had the opportunity to spend two days and nights in lovely secaucus, new jersey (home of the meadowlands sports complex). and so, since i was there, i decided to get some skyline shots of manhattan. all shots were done in raw, both the canon and sony. processed in adobe camera raw for white balance and exposure, and then finished off in photoshop cs.

taken late last night along the manhattan skyline. i was in weehawkin, new jersey. i used my sony f828. 2 sec, f/2.5, iso 64.

this morning, sunrise, about 545am, taken from the same spot, this shot with my canon rebel.

1/160th sec, f/9, iso 100.

and the view downtown, after the sun had cleared the buildings uptown. taken with my sony f828.

1/80th sec, f/4, iso 64, handheld at 200mm

These are all very nice though I think, and maybe it's just me, that the two
you marked as being from the Sony are a bit sharper?
