Drop-off in hits since Pro subscription

I wonder if anyone knew of any reason why the visits to my site have dropped off so much after taking the Pro subscription. The number posted includes many of my own hits since I was experimenting with displays, journal and slideshow. But the actual number of visitors seemed to drop a lot the last 2 or 3 weeks, at least 50%. The conversion ratio presently is unrealiable because of that, but had been historically around 30% and last month 45%. My changes since aside from the subscription itself: I activated "right click protect", turned off access to large, and put a number of additional key words up for each photo (there had been one per photo, now about 6 or 7)
i changed the "feature-photo" a couple of times but each was in the past effective so I don't think that's an issue. Any thoughts?

    Coud be:

    1) Nice spring weather keeping people off-line.

    2) People are not coming to pirate your images anymore since you turned on some protection.

    that\'s my guess

Yea #2! It's just too much work to get rid of the watermark on a low rez screen capture. 8*)
