All Natural - Hard to Believe?

Shot 10 minutes before sunset, outdoor pool shower, natural light reflecting off gold shower tile. Only pop-up flash on D700 at -1.7. No other external lighting, no reflectors, no gear. Handheld @ 1/60th. As shot, straight from camera, zero post processing. Only about 30 seconds to get the shot. C&C appreciated.
