client password issues

I shoot youth sports and in my area password protecting galleries is a must. Every once in a while however (1 in every 50 clients) has trouble getting past the password prompt. I then give a little discussion about copying and pasting the password (misspelling is most common issue) and about cookies - most can make the adjustment to get in, but there is always one or two each season who have a really hard time. My thought is to make a Smugmug like tutorial page on how to adjust cookies.

My questions:

1. Are some of you having the same issues, and if so, how do you usually go about helping your customers?

2. Does someone already have a "how to adjust your cookies" page that I can refer to?

Anyone directing traffic to the Smugmug cookies page? It looks comprehensive.

I am still interested if others are having issues with customers not able to initially get through passwords and how you are all handinlg it.
