Question on publishing a book

Im considering creating a how to book for photoshop and I was wondering if it was legal to actually put the word photoshop in the title or anywhere in the book. I presume thier name is trademarked.
Ive had to create some tutorials for my fiancee and her friend and they both really liked them, so this got me thinking about actually creating a book to cover the basics of the software. I dont expect it to make millions, or even thousands, but it would be fun to do.
