Getting sick of color shots again, so I took this today to see what I could do with black n white...

    Looks like a UFO is getting ready to land! :D

    I think it's a breath of fresh air. Not that fall foliage is bad to look at, but the occasional b/w amongst all the colors is a bit of a zen moment.

    Great capture. The lighting is quite good. I wonder if it would look even better with a bit cropped off the bottom?

    15524779-Ti.gif The dark foreground doesn't add much to an otherwise very nice image. Losing it would emphasize the sky which is quite beautiful. I think I'd crop up so the intersection of the light and slightly darker foreground met the bottom left corner.

    Thanks. I was actually trying to bring the foreground out a little bit. This is actually an HDR composite that came out poorly. I then made it greyscale and did some more lighting work. The sun was setting to the right originally.
