Some recent threads have me thinking about the opportunity, or lack there of, to find the detail and interest in that one ambiance loner tree that stands on its own, either by chance or by the hand of man. That one tree that decided, hey, its all about me! I haven't been able to shoot for quite some time as the concrete jungle has a firm grasp on my backside and isn't letting go anytime soon. So, I wanted to post an image or two from almost this same time last year. Weather was perfect and I knew the image was always there, just needed to wait for the right conditions. Post up your "Simple Tree Singulars", your "Manage to Stand Alone Maples", your "Oak Grove Ogres". Let's see if we can get a long thread going of this simple, but very challenging subject.
