I've used them all (however I only used the 85mm L very little):
Here are my thoughts.
First purchase: 135L first, hands down. The 35mm L is awesome but you can just do SOOOOO much more with the 135L as a portrait photographer. I guess what I'm saying is that I'd much rather be armed with a 50 1.4 or even a 50 1.8 and a 135L than the 35mm L and not a killer prime in the med. to long range.
Second purchase: 35mm L especially on a 5D.
Third purchase: 85mm F1.8. Yes, f1.8 Simply an incredible lens. I don't care how much extra cash I have, the very small boost you get from the 1.2 is not worth $1500. Not saying it's not a great lens but no way is worth all that extra money when compared to the 85mm f1.8.
