Meet my Best Friend

Greetings all

These pictures are kind of old, but I think they are pretty nice. I haven't been able to get out and shoot much lately, so i've been cycling through some of my old photos to see what I like and don't like. Also, trying to fine tune my PS skills.

This is my best friend (who now lives in MI) and his g/f. We were down at Corona Del Mar beach and the lighting was very nice.

Trying to get my portfolio together and could use some feedback.

I cannot offer you any critiques on how to improve these. But, I can say which ones I like and why, right? But please take my words for what they are worth...

I love the lighting on #1. I think its great as is.

2 Maybe it's a bit flat? Not that it's bad...

3 Love the use of fillflash, I think this one is excellent!

4 I would crop a bit of the (her?) bottom of this, and it's a good passionate kiss shot I'm sure they'd love...

Again take my words with a grain of salt. Excellent series, I would hope to do so good...! Have you shared them with your friends yet?

Hehehe, #4 is definitely cool! I think it probably COULD use a crop though. Nice stuff!
