I just had a customer purchase over a $100. and all I got was $46. :cry
Is there a way to set my prices on on gallery at say at 150% so I can be one getting over on the service cost that seems to be the winners here.

I'm almost temped to ask a new customer to go through me and I'll have them printed and delivered being a local situation because honestly it seems a rip the way it set up now.

I don't know of any other way but to go in on one gallery and calculate every price by hand then do a bulk change to all the galleys. :scratch

Is there a way to get it to calculate a percentage increase to all prices at once to my 150% in one gallery then bulk change it to all 200+ galleys I have?
Thanks

I'm so sorry you feel ripped off. You sold some very large prints, that have a cost basis of $25 bucks-ish, and you had them priced at $40. I'm trying to find out where or how we ripped you? Perhaps I'm missing something, and if so, please let me know.

You can set pricing by %, holler if you want help with that, OK? IF I'm missing something else, let me know.

I'm also sorry your taking this personally in a way, anyway, I set the prices for one galley but I don't for some reason don't see it in the pull down to apply my set prices from the galley I worked on with the new prices.

This gallery is the one I set the new prices for, but it dose not show in the pull down
    http://precision-photo.smugmug.com/gallery/5150457_ruoWZ#311644359_zFbeY

I was somehow able to apply it to the featured gallery at the top and can't even remember the steps I took to do it. headscratch.gif

I tried to apply the new prices in bulk but get a time out error maybe because I'm trying to apply it to all 230+ at the same time because it crashes
    Thanks

Are you sure that you hit the 'apply prices' button before going to the bulk pricing tool? I was able to set prices for this gallery just fine. Please give it another try.

Regarding the bulk tool, I'm sorry that it does seem to time out for you. Could you apply the prices in chunks of 50 galleries to your galleries? That should serve as a temporary workaround. I'll pass this on to our bugman Dustin to check into.

    My apologies for any inconvenience.

OK, the gallery I change for all of them now show up to make the changes and yes I found making the change to them in chunks works better then trying all of them at once
    Thanks again

Thanks for being patient while we checked on this. As it turns out, there is a problem with applying pricing to large numbers of galleries. I'll make sure that the engineers are aware.

As a update, out of the 230+ gallery I had to update the prices I found I could do about 70 max at a time without the "timeout" page coming up.

I did find the "zoom thumb" annoying but that's just me and would turned off with it checked and then unchecked to turn it off (in reverse) each time I went back to do more. headscratch.gif
