Got a chance to try out my relatively new 50D on some birds today and was pleasantly surprised with the results.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

WOW! Love the Kestrel! The Owl looks a bit washed out to my eye, but a nice shot otherwise....

    Thanks everyone for your comments!

I have made a few adjustments to my WF for the 50D that should compensate for the lack of contrast in the Owl shot. I was trying to use my MKIII WF and it evidently didn't adjust the contrast enough.

Any comments on the adjustments I made to the owl pic would be appreciated.
