White Faced Heron

The area was well in the shade with almost a soft top light so I went to ISO 1250 80th@6.3 and the trusty Bigma @ 370 mm on the D700, all from inside the car shot from the drivers side all twisted up as I am a tad large, could have zoomed in and as it happens he just moved off and I only got 2 frames....... I have included the full frame...... all I have done is a slight exposure adjustment a little contrast and some yellow to tone down the blue......

    Agree with Harry...a tad hot, but considering the circumstances, a great capture.
