Footer Edit and Customization

Hi,

I would like to edit my footer page so it shows only Powered by SmugMug Login Shopping Cart © 2008 SmugMug, Inc.

How do I do this, I tried but it never worked.
Please help.

    How do I create a drop down navbar, I have tried a few times and it seems not to work.
    I am only trying to have a drop down navbar under the galleries

    Please help
