metallic prints

I have a question. I've read over the metallic prints page, but I'm still slightly confused. I've never used it before. Are there only certain photos that will look good on metallic paper? When doing adjustments to photos (color/brightness/contrast/etc) Is there anything I need to keep in mind if I am prepping prints for metallic print?:scratch

Adjust normally. Think: Bright colors, but really, lots of subjects'll work great.
