If this workshop is anything like the High Sierras workshop (my photos Here) you are in for a real treat.

These workshops are extremely well organized, Marc and Andy are great teachers and extremely talented photographers, and they're not all that bad to hang around with mwink.gif.

Highly recommended. Two (opposable) thumbs up! thumb.gifthumb.gif

There are really not enough vacation days in the year for all of these workshops! umph.gif

This is really a hidden treasure of opportunities and I am really anxious to see photos from this one. :D

Any official counts of spaces and how filled up yet? If I remember, 50% down to hold a spot from past workshops and the blasted countertop could just wait another month or two if needed.... anxious to not lose a spot, work be blasted if I can't get the time off :P

You should be fine for a couple of weeks, at least, but I can't really guarantee. Keep checking in!

Keep your chin up. Your technical problems can't compare to mine of late. It's become as natural as breathing, lately. headscratch.gif

    Catalina peoples?
I *know* there are others heading to Catalina in only a few weeks. What sort of packing lists are you putting together? I'm also curious which, if any, are Nikon shooters and needed me to bring any other lenses, etc etc. I'm still playing around with my to-bring and to-pack list (considering all the camera stuff has to be carry on....) but wanted to see who else was going and what sort of lists you have going.

    geek out with me? :D

guess not? variable weather and shooting circumstances aside, I'm either the only one going (yay!) or the only one headscratch.gifheadscratch.gifheadscratch.gif over my packing list

    Leah,

We will be driving around in open jeeps, so make sure you bring a warm parka with gloves and hat. I just bought a new beaniemwink.gif so my brain does not freeze. However, just minutes ago I walked around my back yard checking my roses and realized it was warmer outside than inside. We may have some nice weather to go along with all the flowers and new fresh green grass we will have. Let us know, as Andy mentioned what specific questions you might havedeal.gif
