batch/automate creatin script

Is there anyway to create a script/etc. to convert .CR2 to .jpeg and resize them to 1200x800 files on a Mac using CS3?
I am Trevor and I have upgraded:
Canon 40D
Canon EF-S 17-85 IS

    The script already exists and it comes with CS3. It's called the Image Processor. The way I've used it is to mutli-select a bunch of images in Bridge, then pull up the Image Processor with Tools/Photoshop/Image Processor, fill out the dialog and go.

    You can also run the script from Photoshop with File/Scripts/Image Processor.
