    I like the shot a lot, but the gold color is a bit much.

    As it is it looks pretty washed out. I think it would look better if you bumped up the contrast a bit.

    I like it, you have captured a great moment. I do agree that it seems a little washed out and could be made better with some processing. It also looks to me like you may have some pretty significant dust bunnies in the sky. one at each edge of the frame, one just above the water to the subjects left and one above the subjects fishing rod.

    The two in the center really draw my eye and are a pretty big distraction in the image

    Yes that is better to me.

    Ok I will buy BIF for the one to the right but the big one right under the rod tip; you sure that is a BIF? Cause it looks a littel chunky to me, but it is hard to say without seeing the image at 100%

    Sandy - dust bunnies, ya know that stuff between your toes :lol4

    Bobby - Honest I looked at 200%. one is a gull (BIF), the other is our proud american flag. :D

    ahh I see the gull and the flag now. I thought they were smudges also. Unless you know what you are looking at, they do look like dust bunnies.
