Why did my 11x14 canvas arrive as a 13x16?

One of the items was an 11x14 rolled canvas, that I ordered for an important client. I received it today. The actual print size is 13x16. :dunno

For the rolled The actual print dimensions allow for wrapping on your own mount, or board. 13x16 is that size and it's accurate. I'll see about updating this page

Yes, I know. Big fan of the Help Desk.

But, I wanted to post it here to let other smuggers know of possible problems when ordering rolled canvas prints.

Nice to know, but too late.

Background; Original order was placed by the director of a football league that I shoot for. I told him that I would take care of his order. The order was for ten prints, which came back excellent, ,and the canvas.

His original crop of the canvas was tight. I backed off a little when I did the reorder. No where during the order process did I see any reference to the 13x16 size. If I had, I would have backed off the crop a little more.

Problem is, the final product will not fit the 11x14 frame they want to put it in.

So, the $25 dollar canvas I bought is useless, and I'll have to order another $25 dollar canvas. Order #772580

To prevent this in the future, SM needs to provide a link to;
