Hi you'll,

Just a few pics from my last few days spent with my son and his family.

My grandson, Conner, age 11 months. Right now all Conner wants is to touch and taste everything he can reach.

The oldest Jennifer, age 10. On attaining the age of 10 she said "Grandpa, I feel so old"!
21464304-L.jpg

Our middle granddaughter, Megan, age 9 who told me "Grandpa there's this boy who likes me. I know he likes me because he won't look at me".

21464299-L.jpg

My youngest granddaughter, Deedee age 6, showing off one of her ballet moves.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Lovely Grandchildern Harry, but didn't you say you were retired :wow
Being Grandpa to a crew like, that does look work related from one Grandpa to another :D

Keep Conner away from front of lens, boy there hands get nasty, 1st hand knowledge :D

Jennifer is getting on in years, it's all in your perspective :lol

Actually I'm surprised the whole crew doesn't run to other side of the house screaming, "here comes grandpa again with that darn camera." Again 1st hand knowledge :D

Luckly Man Harry, thanks for sharing thumb.gif

    Hey Ben,

The girls always give me a hard time with pictures. Its impossible to get them to sit down so most of my pics of them are "on the run".

Being their grandpa is a lot of work but they live in Atlanta so I get a break every now and then. I am very lucky.

Wonderful photos, Harry. Of people being people and happy. I love them all.

The one at the bottom of your son, and his son, it looks a bit special.

    Hey Angelo,

Every once in awhile I shoot a non-feathered subject. These subjects still could be considered to be wildlife though. :D

Thanks Susan. I was using my SB-800 flash for these shots and i was a bit nervous because I'm not very experienced with it.

I really love your pictures of people in general. I am curious...How do you give them that "glow" to their skin? Photoshop? What tool? It is beautiful!

    Hi,

I get the glow through my use of the filer "Duplex" from the NIk Mulimedia Color Efex plug-in. Its an excellent filter but you have to be careful because on some shots it will completely blow out the highlights.
