Share with Friends Security Suggestion

If both easy sharing and site protection are turned on, I think that the easy sharing should only send links to the gallery or the photo's page, and not the actual jpeg images. I know that the determined user will be able to circumvent this security, but I feel that sending a direct link could be perceived as permission to download the image. This is especially true since the copyright information placed at the bottom of every page is not present.
