One last set from this weekend and last. I planned on abstaining from photography this weekend (and the next few weeks) because I was getting burnt out taking photos.
But then the weather turned favorable (rainy and overcast - finally!) so I figured I could feel sorry for myself later and went out and took some photos anyway while there was still some color left
The first nine are from the Washington Park Arboretum in Seattle, and the rest are from the Bellevue Botanical Gardens in Bellevue, WA, I'm fortunate in that I can get to both places in about 15 minutes.

#2 (I actually took a very similar shot last year at the same spot but didn't realize it until later)

Killer colors there, Ron. Glad you decided to get this one last shoot in. I predict your sabbatical from shooting will last a day or two at most.
Cheers,

Yeah- Ron you should really take some time off because your work lately is just no good.
Love the layered leaves on the ground shots 3, 8, and 12.
Awesome location and just brilliant colors and light.

The BW doesn't fit in the mix, but 1, 10, 11 and 13 are especially pretty

I especially like # 10, 11, 12. I didn’t realize <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Seattle had so much Fall color!
