Well the original name of the town was Coaling station A named by the Southern Pacific Railroad. Then they just shortened it to CoalingA.
Sorry used to spend a lot of time around there, and it was not in the prison:D
I have some really cool pictures of the 83 earthquake that destroyed the place but they are not digital.

I like the BW converstion. Do they still have the oil pumps that are decorated like insects?
