Just a fly:

There seems to be little activity in the north west on the small front, but I did spot this fly this morning on the grass outside (near some poo actually, but not on it).

Not a clue which sort of fly it be, but it was very dull outside.

Had to use flash:

Good one Paul - nothing wrong with flies- I like em.
Think it is a dung fly - I've got a little herd of these on one of my shrubs at the moment :)

    Thanks guys.

I didn't expect to see the bug, with the weather and such, but macro subjects suddenly seem harder to come across.

Hi Paul, I like looking at fly shots, some of them have the ugliest heads.
Funny how you take notice once your into MACRO rolleyes1.gif

Pre to that the only interest is keeping them out of your house and off your food.

    I like this shot thumb.gif ... Skippy :D
