The Duck and Lizard

I went out this afternoon to see what was about in the bush
and there was slim pickin's indeed.

Here is a duck. (Chestnut Teal)

At least I came away with something. slim pickins indeed.

    Nice work. I prefer the duck shots.

    Steve, I like the last two shots best. I like the POV on the skink. On the duck shots the concrete/ground is a little hot, but I really like the soft bokeh of the water in the background. Nice work! thumb.gif

    The creek bed was a bit hot. You are right.
    I was having a shocker with exposure, the sun would come out, go away, come back... arggghhh..
    I like the bokeh too, its quite a nice effect..
