Help for a client

I have a client who is unable to view her gallery - says that no photos are showing up on hers or anyone elses on my site. I've suggested she enable pop-ups or something, but I really have no idea what might cause this for her. it doesn't appear to be a loading issue as the rest of the site is loading fine. I have no trouble viewing any of the galleries as a visitor and have used several computers to double check. Appears to be her computer but I don't know what to tell her since I can't even begin to claim to be computer savvy. Any ideas?
