Hawk ID anyone?

....as I peered out the bedroom window yesterday I spot this hawk. Later he returned with a rat (maybe squirrel) for breakfast. I posted it on my fishing forum and the concensus was Red Tailed. Are we right? Photo was taken at high iso in the rain so not the best. Remember the bird is wet.hanks! allen sklar

    I would guess that it is an immature Red-tailed hawk.

    Immature Redtail
    From the size of the feet and the bars on the tail I would agree...an immature redtail hawk, probably a female.
