I like the processing on the 2nd shot a lot. Great job!

So what made you stop here?

More to come tomorrow. I've not processed them all. Thank you!

Love the 2nd shot.. not so crazy about the fuzziness/blurry effect on the 1st one though. I think the processing on the 2nd one is good, and I'm looking forward to seeing more from this shoot. Looks like a place that, with the right post-processing, could really evoke some spooky vibes.

Jeff, I was thinking about #1 a little more (which is probably good from a photo drawing thought perspective) and think what throws it off is not the processing but the clear, blue sky. If it was just after dusk, I think this photo would work a lot more. The sky, though, does not draw "haunted" emotions. Just my after thoughts. :D

Travis, that's very helpful. Of course, I drove by this in the afternoon, and it's 300 miles away from my home. So I'll have to work on the sky in photoshop and see what I can do. But I think you are right and I appreciate you taking the time to critique it!

Are you from Iowa? I used to live in SE Iowa and have been to Pella a few times.
