I'm pretty sure this belongs on this board so here it goes.
I am wondering how to convert an image into a t-shirt design. I am going to be trying to do this for local racers and here is a sample of what I am trying to achieve, http://www.usmts.com/goods.asp. I am wondering if this can be done in photoshop or do I have to buy a program to convert the image into the "drawing"?
All or any help would be greatly appreciated on this one as I don't want to waste my time if I can't do it with CS2.
