Stopped on the way to work yesterday to take some photos and was wondering if either of these were suitable for DSS #12. C&C welcome. Thanks!

I Like #1 to me it shows how large the river actually is.

I'm not sure if they fit the theme, but I LOVE #2. It is a beautiful shot!

They're both beautiful, Linda - like Kevin I like #2 (there's something about the mist - gorgeous), but I think #1 is more theme-ish.

That said, are we supposed to include miniscule AND massive, or it simply in demonstrating scale we wind up showing both just in the contrast? I'm finding this a hard one to wrap my mind around (I'm realising just how literal I am as far as representation, and trying to prod my mind out of that box is proving trickier than I expected!)

I say #1, awesome pic and fits the theme. Both are neat photos.

Thanks! thumb.gif I think the way to show massive or miniscule is to provide some sort of scale. But that's just me. ne_nau.gif
