I took this picture while in New Mexico photographing a big race. I thought it was pretty cool.

    Thank you very much. I wish I could have gotten the moon a little larger but It would have lost a lot of the warmer colors at the bottom if not all of them.

    It's a good shot, but a bit too simplified for my taste. A dark silhouette of trees at the bottom would make this a winner thumb.gif

    I know exactly what you mean. The only problem is I was in the middle of the track which is in the middle of the desert. With the moon so high, I wouldn't have got any of the trees as well.

    I like the gradients in your shoot too, would like to see the moon more to the right in the image.
