Hi all,
I am testing Smugmug as an alternative to flickr. I am digiscoper, as well as a conventional photographer. I actually work for Carl Zeiss Sports Optics (Birding and Observation Product Specialist) and I travel the US attending birding festivals and events. I try to get in some photography wherever I go.

Current birds (digiscoped) and bugs (mostly conventional) from the Rio Grande Valley are at:

Welcome! You are certainly a very proficient digiscoper. I really enjoyed the kiskadees. They have to be some of my favorite flycatchers. And your job sounds really nice...good work if you can get it. :D

I've been hoping a didgiscoper would stop on by clap.gif. Good gallery of captures. thumb.gif

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
